Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The mct88 platform operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and 4D lottery to eligible players. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between mct88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player", "member") who accesses or uses any part of our services.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

mct88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name. mct88 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of a player. Any attempt to use another person's payment method may result in account suspension and further investigation.

mct88 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion or do not meet the specified verification procedures. In such cases, the customer support team will contact the player to obtain additional information.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by mct88 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players are required to meet those wagering requirements before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 100% bonus of up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200 — the total wagering amount to be reached is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300 bringing your balance to RM1,100 — the total wagering required is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

• The bonus may only be claimed once per new player.
• Games played using bonus funds may be subject to different wagering contributions depending on the game type.
• mct88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of promotion misuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted directly into cash.

Game Rules and Integrity

All games available on the mct88 platform use a random number generator (RNG) or are operated live by licensed and recognised game providers. Game outcomes are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption, software error or connection issue during a game session, mct88 is not liable for any losses that may occur as a result of those circumstances. Any related complaint must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the incident.

• The use of third-party software, bots or any automation tools during play is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players or attempts to manipulate live casino games is a serious violation.

Account Security and Privacy

Account Closure and Suspension

mct88 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if there is a breach of any term in this document, activity that raises suspicion of money laundering, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and the remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
